You would think that I should be happy about my weigh in and being down but the truth is I am not. It was an awful week and my eating was not good at all. I really deserved a gain and know I could have done so much better.
We are away this weekend in Watertown, New York for a baseball tournament and some shopping and I know my eating is going to be horrendous which is why I think this week I was off track. Everytime I know I am going to go away and take it easy with WW I always end up screwing myself over the week leading up to it. It is awful!
